Founded and incorporated on the 5^th January 2005 in the Republic of Botswana. Empire Synergy (Pty) Ltd is a company that provides ICT Solutions and Training, Advertising Services, Event Management Services, General Commodity Supplies and Medical Supplies through its trade names: Empire Tech™, Empire Advertising™, Empire Events™, Empire Distribution™ and Empire Medical™ respectively.

With just over 14 years of being in existence and operation, Empire Synergy has evolved to embrace the global business environment we operate in, which is continually being reshaped by technology, demanding customers, and global competition. This is where Empire Synergy’s purpose of existence is centered.

The wealth of knowledge and experience the company has accumulated since inception has enabled Empire Synergy to be dynamic high-performance enterprise which serves its target markets with meaningful technology solutions and ICT training services, marketing and advertising services, events management services, procurement solutions and healthcare services.

With our services and products, we wish to assist and help our customers achieve desired goals and outcomes, hence we are highly results orientated and customer driven.

We have built solid value supply chains for the sourcing of products and services within a reliable and speedy turnaround time, from enquiry to delivery for our existing customers and potential customers.

A notable partnership that Empire Synergy has managed to build a long standing and a value laden relationship with since 2008, through its Distributor for the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region is SMART Technologies (hereafter referred to as SMART). SMART is a renowned international organisation which invented and continues to lead in the manufacture of innovative Touch Interactive Whiteboard/Displays Technology and Software for the education, business, and government sectors.

For a period of just over 11 years, our company has been part of SMART’s global partner network committed to helping educators and businesses succeed all over the world. SMART’s technology empowers teachers, students and teams to learn and collaborate in innovative ways, inspiring breakthroughs – from improved learning outcomes to moving businesses forward.

Empire Synergy is proud to mention that it is the Sole Platinum Partner for SMART Education, Business and Government Solutions for the Republic of Botswana and currently in Africa. The SMART Platinum Partner status is the highest available accreditation partner status from SMART.

The SMART Platinum Partner accreditation level is a set standard of excellence which signifies SMART Partners who are focused on improving the end-user experience, from sales consultations, installations, training, after sales follow-up and support to its customers.

Empire Synergy has made a significant investment into its partnership with SMART which includes a SMART showroom/experience centre and training facility with demonstration equipment, professional SMART Certified Trainers, SMART Certified Technicians and Installers together with SMART Certified Sales personnel within the company who are continuously trained and certificated on SMART’s new products and service developments in order to keep abreast with the ever evolving innovations.
